Calm and re-set your body and mind in ultimate relaxation! A restorative practice where your body is supported by props will allow you to completely relax and rest. Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends that will relieve stress, tension and unravel mental and emotional tension.
During practice Sonya offers gentle cues to settle thoughts and emotions with plenty of silence allowing practitioners to just ‘be.’ In the last 20 or 30 minutes Sonya will lead a guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra.
