Pam Udell is passionate about the study of yoga and anatomy. She received her master’s degree in exercise physiology/adult corporate fitness in 1993 and went on to start a corporate fitness business. She eventually opened a yoga studio in 1999 called Healing Power Yoga. After selling the studio seven years later, Pam continues to teach and currently co-leads a 200-hour teacher training program with Lourdes Paredes. Her love for anatomy and her zest for teaching yoga motivates her every day. Due to wrist and back injuries and the desire to prevent those injuries in others, Pam researches, reads and studies as many anatomy articles (as it pertains to yoga) as she can. Pam believes the more we know about poses and how they can help us in everyday life, not just on our mats, the better and happier our bodies will be. Pam is thankful to have an amazingly supportive husband and two boys who help keep her on her yogic path.
