WHO: Yogis and yoginis of all skill levels – this Vinyasa style yoga event will offer modifications and options for beginners to advanced practitioners

WHAT: A special morning to honor Earth Day and keep our Great Lakes Clean. Post yoga, we invite you to stay for fun photos, conversation and refreshments in the Aveda John Hancock store.

Who is teaching?

The yoga session will be co-taught by Chicago teachers Angie Starz & Rachel Vurpillat. The session will also be staffed by other teachers who will offer adjustments and modifications ensuring that this truly is available to all skill levels.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Please bring ID. 18 years of age

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

CTA: Red Line Chicago or Clark/Division, Brown Line Chicago, multiple bus routes available.
