Creating art mindfully can be a form of meditation. When we’re able to stay fully present in the process of creating rather than being attached to the final outcome or product, we can achieve that same blissful sense of feeling connected to our core.
This is a fun, creative workshop that anyone can do. No previous art experience or ability is necessary! During the workshop we’ll be creating mandalas. We’ll start with some pranayama and light stretching to ground us, and then we’ll gently dive into the creative process.
This is an intuitive practice, really fun, easy and good for the soul.
