In this session, participants will practice yoga first, then engage in a discussion about the neurological, mental, physical and emotional impacts of stress. You will discover how you are hardwired for the stress response, and experience the power of pure awareness to help you ease pain and suffering.
Take home tools to begin an open-hearted relationship with yourself, your life, and the world around you.
