Shape-shift your everyday life into a magical realm of possibility on a special winter retreat with Susan A. Lipshutz, LCSW
Dearest Sisters:
This retreat holds the intention to support each woman’s desires to live from a truthful, more liberated and compassionate place of self love. Loving ourselves is a radical act. It means we have to unhook from a lot of what we have inherited and learned about “how to be a good or humble person”. Even as women walking a spiritual path, we often confuse the dismantling of the Ego with our knowing voice of Self. As women we hear the echoing fears and doubts of not being enough, not being allowed or lovable at such a deep level that for us to be in alignment with our Soul or essence means we must unravel the self limiting beliefs and give ourselves permission to move past all the programming — to dive into and claim who we are and how we want to live.
Our sacred path, our call to action and service, our dreams made manifest can only be truly understood when we believe we deserve to have them. That is what we will be exploring on this retreat.
We will be working with many experiential processes to assist us in unwinding and reconnecting with our Soul self. Some of these practices will include:
- shamanic journeying
- elemental ceremonies
- creating soul medicine wheels by drawing and building in nature
- movement
- daily yoga, meditation and prayer
- storytelling
- clearing old beliefs and myths by use of Akashic energy healing
- empowering our systems by breathwork, movement and mantra
Everyday more women are saying “Yes!” to a new way of owning our path, our bodies, our work, our politics, our relationships, our money — we are each a point of light that is finally creating a pattern that reflects a new potential and actualization of our call to a liberated compassionate and meaningful way to live that is sprit and heart driven.
The only real way to enter into this new paradigm is with the desire and willingness to love and accept ourselves just as we are. It is from that critical place that the honest movement of growth, skill building, goal setting and dream stalking can really happen for each of us and for our world. When we are starving inside we don’t feed others from a sustainable place. We need to unmask and drop everything that is opposing joy, love and total sharing of our abundant, glorious, powerful, loud and beautiful selves.
If you are called to do this work in a setting that is beautiful, serene, nourishing and loving, please register now so you can claim your place at our healing circle and call out our truth with the courage to honor everything we discover with a commitment to be the truth of who we are.
With love, light and in sisterhood,
Susan
