Strive to be the best version of you, every day of your life.
I feel a lot of people hold on to an old version of themselves and get stuck in the past. I did this until my early 20s. I was in a bad place mentally and physically: I weighed 310 pounds, smoked a pack and a half a day and had a poor diet. Once I resolved to get healthier, my whole life changed for the better.
Now I strive to improve myself. Not every day has been perfect, but nothing in life ever is. Just as long as you are constantly working towards that “best version of you” and making yourself happy, that is all that matters.
