Once a year, I teach a two-hour flow class in Corona, Calif., at a studio and wellness center called the Yoga Den. The owner of this studio, and the students and teachers within its walls, inspire me greatly! To me, the playlist from my Aug. 22, 2013 class represents an opportunity to create a powerful flow that builds in intensity and then winds down into a blissful Savasana.
